Wet the glove, add body wash and use light, gentle strokes on body skin. Larudeba suggests up to 2–3 times a week, only as your skin tolerates; begin less often and reduce use or stop if irritation occurs. Do not scrub harder on darker areas. Avoid the face, intimate areas and broken or irritated skin.
Rinse thoroughly after use and allow the glove to dry fully before storage. Follow the care instructions supplied with your product.
