Refund policy

Sponges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sponges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and details so we can review the issue and help resolve it. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Accessories

For other eligible items, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags where supplied. Proof of purchase is required. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Requesting a return

Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions for accepted returns. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting an accepted return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
